Vietnamese Food and Culture Workshop

As the fourth instalment of our “Food and Cultures” Project, this workshop will introduce the fundamentals of Vietnamese cuisine and culture to our service users. The workshop will cover brief information on popular ingredients in Vietnamese cuisine; preparing, cooking, and eating sample Vietnamese dishes; and a brief tutorial on Vietnamese language, history, and culture.
