Indian Food and Culture Workshop

As the fifth and final instalment of our “Food and Cultures” Project, this workshop will introduce the fundamentals of Indian cuisine and culture to our service users. The workshop will cover brief information on popular ingredients in Indian cuisine; preparing, cooking, and eating sample Indian dishes; and a brief tutorial on history and culture of India as well as the language spoken in India.
