CAKE DECORATING: MAKING, BAKING AND DECORATING A CAKE

This session was designed to teach our learners from making a sponge cake to decorating. The course was delivered by newly trained cake decorator, Ms Gülnur Salih.

Learners were taught ingredients of making a sponge cake, baking and decorating with and vanilla piping cream and decorated with piping nozzles and fresh fruits.
