Making Bags With Sugar Paste

CAKE DECORATING Advanced level: MAKING CAKE BAGS WORKSHOP

This course was design to further our learners’ skill to the advance level. The course was delivered by an experienced cake maker Beverly Tugman.

Learners were taught shaping baked cakes by cutting for planned bag shape, icing with sugar paste and decorating with the same sugar paste. By the end of the workshop, learners made so many different cakes in a bag shape and colours and beautifully designed.
